Q: How do I get help with my order? A: For any assistance, please email help@camolots.com. Our retail store staff is dedicated to assisting in-store customers; all internet order inquiries are handled via email by our specialized remote team to ensure you get the fastest response.

Q: Can I call to speak with someone? A: Yes! You can call our Buffalo store at 716-783-7667 to speak with an experienced retail representative. They can offer in-stock suggestions and answer specific questions about sizing and fit.

Q: What is my tracking number? A: Tracking numbers are attached directly to your order in your account portal. If you did not receive an automated email, please log in to your order page to view the tracking details.

Q: Can I get a discount? A: Yes! Use the "Make An Offer" button located right under the "Add to Cart" button. We usually respond within 24 hours to accept, counter, or decline your offer.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Q: Where does my item ship from? A: 90% of all orders ship directly from our 7-floor warehouse in Buffalo, NY.

Q: How long until my order ships? A: Each item is hand-picked. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Q: How do I know when it has shipped? A: Once your item is hand-picked and loaded onto the carrier truck, your order status will update. Standard shipping times apply once the carrier has the package.

Condition Guide: New vs. Vintage vs. Surplus

  • NEW: Commercially manufactured items (often not military-issued). Can range from military-grade to commercial versions.

  • VINTAGE: Previously owned and worn. May or may not have been military-issued.

  • SURPLUS: Any extra inventory from the military. This can include Brand New items (never worn/in original packaging) or Vintage items.

  • Cash: $0.50 per lb

  • Store Credit: $1.00 per lb

  • Note: Please call the store first to ensure a buyer is available to weigh and grade your items.

Worldwide Buying We pay based on the following grades (less the cost of the pickup label):

  • Grade 1: $2.00 / lb (Top quality)

  • Grade 2: $1.00 / lb (Moderate wear)

  • Grade 3: Not Interested (We can ship these back if you provide a label)
