We start everyone at Minimum wage, and after an approximate 4 week trial, we assess positions and responsibilities to determine increase of pay.
We even pay CASH for casual labor!
All positions require physically being on your feet all shift, minimal lifting and sorting of clothing, possible stairs climbing (at WH) and the ability to move quickly on your feet. Retail/Sales experience is helpful but not necessary. Please email your resume to rich@camolots.com
It's quite warm! The wool is good quality, not too scratchy. I didn't realize it came with the "U.S. Army" name patches (or at least mine did), but the transition to civilian shirt is easy with a seam ripper :) I usually wear XS in women's (fitted) shirts and this fit closer to a shirt than a jacket. I will say, if you want to button it all the way down and not have the "bloused" look, perhaps get a size up, as these shirts were made for men and so may or may not accomodate women's hips. (It barely does for me. That said, I love the bloused look, so just something to keep in mind. Oh. And same for the bust. Though I am woefully lacking in that department, I understand now why Marilyn Monroe has it as unbuttoned as she does.) All that said, it's a lovely shirt! If they came in more colors I'd buy another :)
Definitely older than me but built to last forever! The frame is a touch wide on me (a 5' 9" woman who runs narrow in everything) but the straps are highly adjustable so I'm sure it'll work out. A little leather conditioning for the straps and then I'll have a new hiking bag! (I got the used good and it is in good condition: I felt I could use it right out of the box if I wanted.)
