Please note: Many of our items are vintage. Vintage items by nature are literally unique in every way. Every piece is different, every piece is unique and the pictures may not necessarily reflect exactly what is being shipped to you. This is the nature of vintage items.
These goods are one of kind goods and can’t be found down the street. These items have been collected over 50 years! However, mistakes are made.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. No exceptions.
1.) Contact Us
If you receive your order and you are not totally satisfied, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your RA (return authorization) #.
2.) Ship To Us
Once you have received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER you should pack your shipment up safe and secure and ship it back to our Customer Care Department. If your problem was caused by our error, your exchange will be processed for free. If we determine that your order was shipped correctly and you are asking for a refund we do have a 25% restocking fee. This covers our cost of shipping and processing of the order to you. Please include the form below so we can process your return/exchange faster.
3.) We Refund You
Once we have received your return we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation. Please note that after we have refunded your purchase, your refund may take a few days to take effect on your statement. We will only credit you for your product costs and not your shipping costs, unless the refund was due to our mistake. If we determine that your order was shipped correctly and you are asking for a refund we do have a 25% restocking fee. This will cover our costs for the shipping to you and our labor & processing fee. Please refer to our policy before committing to a return/refund. It is our overall goal to satisfy our customers.

If you would like to Exchange your item:
- Please follow the steps above
- If need be, we will send you a new invoice with possible additional charges due to shipment cost or any other variable that may occur. For example, some of our items are priced by size. If you would like a different size and it is more or less money you will receive an invoice plus shipping back to you for that item. Please make sure the invoice is paid because we will not be able to ship it until your new order is paid for.
– CamoLots.com will only accept unused and unworn items sent back to us in the condition that they were received.
– All items must be properly packaged for a safe return shipment.
– All returned items must be accompanied by our return/exchange form below
– Camolots.com will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges or packages that are lost during shipping.
-All Items used for movies/photo shoots or other productions are Final Sale and items may not be returned. You may call our Buffalo store or email email@example.com and set up a rental if the items are rentable. It is determined on a case by case basis.
– We encourage you to get a tracking receipt in case your shipment gets lost.
– Items may also be returned in person at our Buffalo, NY location.
– We are unable to accept returns on all bathing suits and underwear products
