WHOLESALE PRICE LIST: TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRODUCT CONDITIONS: Camolots will grade a product as follows;
NEW : Never been used, in BRAND NEW condition
NEAR NEW : Almost NEW, Clean, Unused, Aged (WWI & WWII)
GRADE ONE : USED, NO repairs made or required, EXCELLENT CONDITION
GRADE TWO : USED, with repairs already made, saleable, GOOD CONDITION
GRADE THREE: USED, needs repairs, or in rough repaired condition

PRODUCT SIZES: ALL Camolots products are sized in “INCHES”, asst sizes - means that you will receive a good even assortment of all available sizes in stock. If only one size available it will be listed in price sheet. We will ALWAYS ship you our best, so that you will re-order.

MINIMUM ORDERThere is NO Minimum Order. PLEASE respect the specified prepacks.

PRICES: Are quoted in U.S. Funds and may change at any time without notice.

AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS: Being in the Army Surplus Business, many of our items are end of the line products or collectables, please keep this in mind as stock moves very quickly and often sells out at our many different exhibits around the country. BACK ORDERS- Any items out of stock will be BACK ORDERED & will remain open and noted to ship when available unless there are otherwise notified in writing.

SHIPPINGALL orders will be shipped A.S.A.P. Orders will be shipped by P.O. numbers and RUSHED through our system when necessary. We will ALWAYS use the cheapest possible shipping means. We prefer that you use your own shipping account.

MERCHANDISE RETURNSYou MUST know what you are ordering. NO returns accepted for credit, without having first obtained written authorization from our company. Please call us for a “ RETURN AUTHORIZATION #”, within 15 days of shipping date. Customers who do not receive an AUTHORIZATION #, who wish to return products (up to 30 days from shipping date), will pay a 25% restocking fee. The returned goods will only be accepted if the restocking fee has been paid.

ANY DAMAGED GOODS WILL BE REPLACED, REPAIRED, OR CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT OUR OPTION. ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, ERRORS, ETC. MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA MAIL OR FAX WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
