East German Army and Police Dress Shirts

These light gray, poly-cotton blend, East German dress shirts are great for everyday wear and collectors alike. They come in 3 distinct styles from the Army and Police.

The general issue, Plain dress shirt, is the most versatile and can be worn for many occasions. It features 10mm plastic buttons. There are no holes or loops on the shoulders for rank.

The Army model is designed to be worn with shoulder rank and has loops and holes for attaching it (tied with strings). This shirt features 2 breast pockets and 12mm aluminum pebble buttons.

The Police model is designed to be worn untucked. They feature an adjustable buttoned waist, 16mm aluminum pebble buttons, and a loop with hole for attaching shoulder rank. The police used a screw on button, therefore, just one hole is needed.

Due to differences in manufacturers and lighting, shades of gray may vary.

XS - Xtra Small (13.5” - 14”) = 35 or 36 (EG Size)

S - Small (14 3/8"-14 3/4") = 37 or 38 (EG Size)

M - Medium (15 1/4"-15 1/2") = 39 or 40 (EG Size)

L - Large (16"-16 3/") = 41 or 42 (EG Size)

XL - X-Large (16 3/4"-17") = 43 or 44 (EG Size)

SLEEVE 

S - Short (23”) = N (EG Size)

M - Medium (24”) = L (EG Size)

L - Long (25”) = SL (EG Size)
