Made by Potomac Field Gear for the USMC. This Fleece Balaclava has a tightly woven outer face and a soft inner surface making just the gear for windy cold weather. The balaclava has a hinged face guard that allows for partial exposure without having to remove helmet and balaclava. This is the Fleece version, and is official USMC issue.

This garment is constructed from patented Advanced Protective Fabric (APF). APF characteristics include fire resistant (garment will self extinguish once the source of ignition is removed - certified as non-melt and non-drip) advanced moisture management, anti-odor/anti-microbial (X-Static technology dramatically reduces the body odor and destroys a wide variety of harmful bacteria) and is anti-static.
