P58 Belt Green British Cold War Era

Vintage British 58 Pattern P58 Web Equipment WAIST BELT

Made of heavy-duty cotton webbing. These belts were made in 2 sizes: Normal (27" - 36") and Large (37" - 46") and are 2.25" wide.

GRADING CRITERIA

Very Used / Battle Condition: These are all functionable examples, but have been rejected for our Quality Control of the above grades. These might be tears, rips, holes, dirty, missing hardware, etc.. BUT still are functionable and with a little repairing they will match some of the above better grades. This Battle Condition is used by movies, props, photoshoots, and other realistic shoots. You will be happy with this if you are a do it yourself or an upcycler. 

Used Good: This is a good deal if you don't mind cleaning and making a few repairs.  Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. Some pieces may have tape, minor (repairable) damage such as small tears or holes, frayed edges, loose stitching, corrosion on hardware, and missing D-rings. Waist belt will have a buckle and sliders but may be missing adjuster hooks or eyelets.

Used Very Good: Will exhibit less wear; expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Some pieces may have tape, minor tears or holes, frayed edges, and minor (if any) corrosion/rust on hardware. 

Used Excellent:  The best condition available. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on backs or inside of pieces BUT will NOT be visible as worn. 

Most of this equipment has seen extensive use. It has been in storage for 20+ years and will probably need to be cleaned.

Getting very RARE: Out of all the components we have sorted, 5% are belts. The price has risen due to SUPPLY and DEMAND. We do not want to have 7 pcs of a WEB SET and no more belts.....
